This is great for covering roots and grey hairs. Super easy to use and no developer needed in the application. Also there is a ton of product in this tub. Lost count at how many uses after 10 or so. The color/gloss is really thick like cake icing and takes anywhere from 15 to 45 mins to process. It is definitely non damaging to hair and I have used it several times in a month. Will continue to reorder.

I have a partial highlight but wanted to go to a more natural all-over color for the fall/winter. My roots are a 7(ish) ash blonde. I ordered the 7a mask after much deliberation. I did the patch test last night, I’m usually so haphazard with everything, except my hair. The tesr looked like what I was trying to accomplish, so I went for it. I have spent a small fortune with salons over my lifetime, so I am pleased with the results and the cost. I have long hair and a lot of it, so I used the whole jar to make sure of saturation and evenness. I could have pulled out the front blondes if I wanted to keep the dimension, but I’m sure it will lift a little with a few washes. I’m happy with it! And I didn’t break the bank. I’m 40 now so the silver hairs are coming in, but this did a decent job with the sparkle coverage as well.

I bought a highlight kit that included a toner and I put the toner in it turned my hair orange. It also made it break off and fall out. (I had previously dyed small gray patches). I needed something that wasn’t going to be hard on my hair. THIS WAS IT! It took all the orange out of my hair and made it shiny without damaging it. Since I have thin hair after my home dye job, I only used about 1/10th of the jar. This stuff was my miracle worker. It was pretty dark the first day but perfect color after one shampoo.

My neutral color is similar to this dye, maybe a touch darker. I had old copper hair dye all over my hair with my natural roots growing in. I was hoping it would tone down the red a bit without making it super dark. It worked just as I hoped it would! You can still tell a small line of where the old red begins, but it’s not as bad in person. The color has good staying power and didn’t fade much after the first few washes. The texture of my hair is a little softer, but not a huge difference (maybe because my hair is a pretty straight texture already). I am a fan!
