Hi my name is Taylor and I&sbquo;ve been dying my hair for a while I finally decided to try xmondo because I wanted grey and red split dye. And the color looked beautiful but honestly I don&sbquo;t know what I did wrong I bleached my hair rinse the bleach thoroughly and then put the color on and as I was rinsing my hair fell out a lot like chunks I was panicking because I never had that happen so I feel sad that I might of messed up my hair is there any advice on how to fix it till it heals properly I still have hair but now it&sbquo;s shorter then it already was

Hi beautiful! I can assure you that XMONDO Color does not have the power to break hair. Our color formula is a deep conditioner with no peroxide. Your hair breakage likely has to do with your bleaching process.
