Hey Brad and Xmondo team!
I'm looking to remove Xmondo sapphire (after a year it and before that a year of super blue) out of my previously lightened hair and change to Xmondo Garnet. We will be using bleach as my hair is ombréd and my hair is super dark but hoping to not use a lot. My question is in fading the sapphire, a clarifying shampoo and bleach wash or just the clarifying shampoo/conditioner with the fact that I have been using it for a year? Or is there a color remover you recommend? I don't mind if I have some purple in my ends. Please help Brad!
I have a similar question as well. I was wondering if I needed to do a bleach wash or full on bleaching every time I recolor my hair? I will be using the same colors as before, but the tone of my natural hair is no longer the same level. I hope I'm making sense. I usually do bleach any regrowth, the do a subtle bleach wash on shaft thru to the ends. I feel as though the colors take better when I use some form of bleach just prior, although it is starting to take a toll on my hair ends. I do not want to keep cutting my hair in order to keep it healthy. I do use Oleplex periodically between coloring to minimize the damage. Thank you for the help.
