Hi, my husband has very curly short hair (probably 3a type) and he struggles with dry scalp and dry hair constantly and It's always frizzing up and flaking but he still wants to define his curls. I was wondering which product you'd think would be best to purchase, the wave shampoo&conditioner or the hydrating shampoo&conditioner?
