There are a number of factors that impact product availability, so we do not have specific restock dates. We recommend signing up for restock email alerts on each product page for the product you’re looking to purchase. Customer service is not able to provide additional information on restocks.

COLOR FAQ

XMONDO Colors are deposit-only, meaning they simply coat your strands with pigment and fade with washing. Our colors are free of harsh chemicals, ammonia, and peroxide. They also contain bond booster, proteins, and oils to help nourish and repair your hair as you color it. Essentially, they are a semi-permanent color combined with a conditioning and rejuvenating hair mask.

XMONDO Color is semi-permanent and will fade with washing. Results vary from person to person depending on factors like your starting hair level, hair porosity, the shampoo you use, how often you shampoo, sun and water exposure, styling products, heat styling, and overall hair health. Because of these variables, we cannot give a specific timeframe for how long your color will last.

For the boldest results, start with lighter or pre-lightened hair. We also recommend clarifying before coloring to remove buildup. To help extend the life of your color, avoid frequent washing, use cooler water, use color-safe products, limit sun exposure, avoid excessive heat styling, and use heat protection. Semi-permanent colors are also prone to some bleeding, especially in the first few washes, so limiting water exposure and blow-drying after washing can help minimize transfer.

XMONDO Color is a conditioning hair treatment that you can leave on for as long as you’d like without damaging your hair. If you leave it on for longer than 20 minutes, we recommend using a processing cap to help keep moisture in and prevent the product from drying out.

XMONDO Color will not fully cover gray hair, but it may help tint or blend it. Because it is a semi-permanent, deposit-only color, it will not provide the same full coverage as a permanent hair color. Gray hair can also be more resistant, so results may vary and may fade more quickly. Longer processing time or an additional application may help. As always, we recommend doing a strand test first.

For maximum vibrancy, hair should be blonde or pre-lightened. Virgin hair often has a more compact cuticle, so results may not last as long and may require an additional application.

Once opened, a jar should be used within 6 months. Unopened jars have a 12 month shelf life.

Semi-permanent dyes, especially brighter shades, are prone to bleeding because they sit on the outside of the hair shaft rather than penetrating deeply. Some bleeding is normal for the first few washes. This usually lessens over time, though minor bleeding can still occur depending on the color, your hair’s porosity, and how often you wash.

You can apply XMONDO Color right after bleaching. To get the best results, thoroughly rinse and shampoo out all bleach and make sure your hair is completely dry before applying color.

No. XMONDO Color does not require heat to develop because it only coats the outside of the hair strand. Some people choose to use heat, but it is not necessary and may increase the risk of damage if used improperly.

Yes. You can dilute the color with conditioner or Super Gloss to create a softer or more pastel result. Because everyone’s hair is different, we recommend strand testing first. Keep in mind that diluted color may not last as long as undiluted color.

Yes. XMONDO Color is free of harsh chemicals and is safe to use with a perm. We recommend waiting 2 weeks after getting a perm before applying color.

XMONDO Color is safe for use on human hair wigs and extensions. If extensions are attached, be cautious with conditioning products around the bonds or attachments. On synthetic wigs, results may vary because the pigment may not absorb properly, so strand testing is strongly recommended.

Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order. Once your order is submitted, it is sent directly to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be changed, modified, or canceled.

We offer free shipping and expedited shipping. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days depending on order volume, when the order was received, and the shipping option selected at checkout. Fulfillment times may be longer during holidays and promotions and are not guaranteed.

Once your order is fulfilled and picked up by the shipping carrier, estimated delivery times are:

  • Free Shipping / Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days from fulfillment
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days from fulfillment

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and refunds are not available for late packages.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please allow 1–2 business days for processing depending on order volume and timing. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We do not offer wholesale options or cosmetologist discounts at this time.

Your order total includes the cost of all products, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. Shipping and handling charges are based on the carrier selected, shipping destination, and weight of the package.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team at support@xmondohair.com with your name, order number, and the products you would like to return.

We accept returns for unopened or lightly used products within 30 days of the original purchase. We do not offer returns for gift cards. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items or refund original shipping costs. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

We currently only ship to the United States. We are not able to offer purchase or delivery of our products to any other countries at this time. We are actively working to expand our international shipping zones in the future, but we do not have an estimate on when this will occur.

At this time, we only ship within the United States, so we do not currently ship to the UK.

PROMOTIONS

Only one discount or promo code may be used per order, including free delivery codes.

To receive free shipping, your order subtotal must reach $65 after all discounts and before taxes and fees. Your shipping address must also be located in the contiguous United States.

Yes. Your points balance will expire if you have not earned or spent points for a continuous period of 1 year. Reminder emails are sent 30 days and 3 days before expiration.

Log into your account, go to the Xtra Rewards dashboard, and open the “Ways to Earn” section. From there, you can connect and follow us on the listed social platforms.

Log into your store account and enter your birthday under the “Ways to Earn” section in the loyalty panel. You’ll receive points on your next birthday. If your birthday is within the next 30 days when entered, the reward will apply the following year.
