Need help with my mother's gray hair discoloration

    My mother is 69 yrs old. She has let her hair go completely gray. No color at all. It has a yellowish, brown tint to parts of it. I purchased your supernova toning shampoo and hair mask for her. How should I use it on her hair to get the best results? Thank you.

I recommend that you use the product as directed on packaging for the best results! However, becuase of the different colors you mentioned that already exist in your mom's hair, results might slightly vary.
