This is a heat protector so I can’t tell a major difference yet in my hair, but it is quicker to blow dry my hair and my hair isn’t frizzy and maintains its health and shine after blow drying.

I use Forcefield every time after I wash my hair, whether I am going to blow dry or not - it protects my hair from curling irons as well and adds a wonderful moisture and lightness to my natural curls that I never had before. I’ve looked for years for the right product to make my curls come alive and even with the long length I currently have, surprisingly I have more curl than I had as a teenager! I can’t go without this spray - it’s my favorite and keeps my hair healthy. My natural curls last for days without product due to using XMondo right after washing.
